HomeFix AI (“we”) operates HomeFix AI at https://www.excitere.ai, a tool that helps residents report home maintenance issues and helps property managers coordinate repairs with vendors.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address, and phone number.
• Maintenance requests: the address and unit, your description of the issue, and any photos you upload.
• For vendors: business name, contact details, trades, service area, and your consent to receive job texts.
• Records of how each request was handled, such as the vendor assigned, timestamps, and the outcome.

How we use it

• To receive, triage, and track maintenance requests. Request text and photos are analyzed by an AI service to suggest a likely cause and urgency.
• To notify the people involved in a request by email and, for vendors who opted in, by text message.
• To improve diagnosis accuracy and response times.

Text messages

We text vendors only after they agree to receive job notifications. Mobile phone numbers and text-messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. See our SMS Terms.

Who we share it with

We share request details only with the property manager and the vendor assigned to that request, and with service providers that run the product for us: hosting and database, email delivery, text-message delivery, and AI analysis. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and your choices

We keep request records while your account is active and as needed for property and repair history. To access, correct, or delete your information, email support@excitere.ai.
