HomeFix AI Job Notifications, operated by HomeFix AI. Repair vendors who opt in receive a text when they are assigned a maintenance job, with the job type, a short description, and the property address.

How you opt in

Vendors opt in on our SMS opt-in page by entering their phone number and checking the consent box, or by giving consent to the property manager, who records it in HomeFix AI.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with the number of jobs assigned to you. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Stop and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@excitere.ai.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and consent are not shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
